Friday Letters

Dear Weather, I hope you cooperate later as we're meeting our new neighborhood friends at food truck Friday tonight and I really have been wanting to go! They have a little boy who is 3 months older than Max.   Dear Reality Shows, I wish I had more time to watch you as I just love a certain few.  Real Housewives of OC and NJ, Keeping Up with the Kardashians (don't hate, they're funny). Dear Max, Do you want to keep two naps or are you ready for just one?  He's been refusing to nap for his 2nd nap the past week or so.  We put him down anywhere around 3pm and he just cries or most the time stands and walks around, plays, sings etc. Mom's been trying to push his morning nap till after lunch around 12-12:15pm and he sometimes makes it if she's home but if they are in the car he is OUT way before that. Dear forgetfulness, We need to get it together.  I called a few weeks ago to make Max's 18 month doctor appointment because if it's too far out they don't have the schedule open. Well they told me I was due for his 15 month appointment NOW (not sure why they didn't call?). At least I was able to get in relatively soon (appointment next week-he'll be 16 months though-oops).  Dear David, Thank you for making Max's awesome helper stand. I know it took a while and you weren't able to hang with Max much of that day.  Dear Mom, Thanks for grocery shopping for us this week and making most the dinners. YOU ROCK.  Dear PTO- I wish you would accrue faster, I am jealous of everyone taking summer vacations even though I did take 2 days off already (thank you floating holiday days) to go to NY.
